The burn is short and sweet, travelling through your sinuses and igniting the senses. Its aroma is so intense that Japanese scientists have been working on a fire alarm for people who are deaf that uses the scent from wasabi to wake people quickly from deep sleep.
Wasabi is a special product in Azumino. There is a small and large wasabi farm in Azumino. Especially, Soba as an other special product is eaten with wasabi. Visitor can eat wasabi dishes at a restaurant in the Daio Wasabi Farm

You should not forget to eat “Wasabi Soft Serve” if you visit the Daio Wasabi Farm. This is reported in a lot of media. Visitor can buy at the takeout corner. The reason why it is famous soft serve? I think there are 3 points.
1, Wasabi taste’s soft serve is very very rare food.
2, Maybe you think wasabi soft serve is spicy and pungent, But this is sweet taste and a little bit wasabi’s flavor.
3, This is green color’s soft serve, So it is instagrammable.
